CREDIT CARD ORDERS

Hobby-Sports.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address if different from the shipping address. If the billing address does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification.

If you must have an item sent to an address other than your credit card billing address, please contact your credit card company first and ask them to list the address as an alternate address on your account. Most credit card companies are very willing to offer this service to you and it could mean less delays when placing your orders with us and other companies. This also helps to prevent fraud. Please note that we cannot work out credit card problems with your financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder or contact us once the problem is resolved.

PAYPAL

Hobby-Sports.com also accepts payments via PayPal. We will only ship to a confirmed, verified address If we can not fully fill your order, we will issue you a refund of the difference to your PayPal account.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from us within 30 days. There is no restocking fee for qualified returns. Please contact us first to get an RMA #. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns via COD or other method as billed to Hobby-Sports

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery due to damage. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us first. Be sure to save all packaging material and paperwork! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive full credit for the return.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

For new merchandise, please contact the manufacturer first, as some manufacturers insist on handling defects directly. If you need to return it to us, please get an RMA # first. All used defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.

Hobby-Sports fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful. Other Parties: We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to others without your consent. We may provide Non-Personally Identifiable Information about our customers' sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to third parties, but these statistics do not include any Personally Identifiable Information.
